She established the account department, defining processes and workflows to scale the team to 40+ people and the agency to 90+. Vanessa managed departmental and campaign budgets and resources to optimize efficiency while ensuring excellence in delivery. Vanessa grew the client portfolio by over 400%, managing an 8-figure portfolio of national and global clients such as Disney, Match Group, Victoria’s Secret PINK, Activision Blizzard, and Tencent.
